Olpas has multiple sensors for Sludge Dewatering applications.
The expected lifetime of inline sensors in the TUBE sensor range is at least one year. We have many sensors that continue to function well beyond this period. The actual lifetime largely depends on the operating conditions.
Olpas sensors are used in many different locations in the sludge dewatering process. We expect the dry cake application to have a greater impact on the transducer window compared to the ingoing Total Solids sensor. Under normal operational conditions, we have not yet observed any lifetime issues with the transducers.
