In order to use the Nerite, a minimal water level in shallow flow is required.
The water level required for Total Suspended Solids (TSS) measurements is around 30mm. For accurate temperature readings, 40mm is required. The ultrasonic water level measurement is accurate in a water depth of 70mm or higher as it measures from the top of the sensor housing upwards.
